How our consignment process works
At Mint Consignment Store, we make it easy for you to sell your pre-loved fashion while promoting sustainability. Here’s how our simple consignment process works:

Step 1
Bring Your Items In-Store
Drop off your clean, high-quality clothing, shoes, or accessories. Items must be free from stains, rips, or excessive wear to be considered.

Step 2
On-the-Spot Review
We will assess your items immediately and return anything we are unable to accept.

Step 3
Consignment Listing
Accepted items will be added to your personal consigner portal, where you can track sales and inventory updates. You will also receive an email notification each time an item sells.

Step 4
In-Store Display Duration
Your items will be available for purchase in-store for 7 weeks:
First 4 weeks: Full price
Last 3 weeks: Half price

Step 5
After 7 Weeks
If an item remains unsold after 7 weeks, you can choose to:
Have it returned to you
Donate it to a local charity or outlet supporting charitable causes

Step 6
Get Paid
Once you're ready to collect your earnings, email us your bank details, and we will transfer the funds directly to your account. Alternatively, you can choose to use your balance as store credit for in-store purchases.
Important: We do not offer cash payouts or in-store payouts.
